Camille Buchanan is an Educational Therapist and tutor who has been in private practice in Marin County since 2012, serving students K-12 with learning differences and disabilities throughout the Bay Area. Her mission is to transform the way her students see themselves as learners and expand their vision of what's possible.

Camille is experienced in delivering a host of sought-after and research-based multi-sensory methodologies for remediation in reading, spelling, math, and executive functioning. Her approach is to meet the student where they are developmentally, and address the underlying roots of their learning challenges in a kind and affirming environment. Her instructional plans are personalized, highly scaffolded, and evolve with the student. Ultimately, her goal is to facilitate a student's understanding of their own learning profile so that they can develop the tools to approach any learning task with self-awareness, a growth mindset, and the ability to self-advocate. This is the foundation for learning success, not just for the present, but for their future.
